In honour of Thailand's rich cultural traditions, Tesoro Valley commenced its journey with a traditional Blessing of the Land Ceremony on Koh Samui. Led by Buddhist monks and local spiritual practitioners, the ceremony sought blessings for the land, the construction team, and the future residents, invoking prosperity, harmony, protection, and success for the development.

A significant moment of the ceremony was the invitation of the guardian spirits to reside within the newly installed spirit house, a revered Thai tradition that symbolises respect for the land and its spiritual guardians. This meaningful ritual establishes a harmonious relationship between the development and its surroundings, creating an auspicious foundation as Tesoro Valley begins to take shape.

Construction Progress at Tesoro Valley
Construction at Tesoro Valley is moving forward, with retaining walls and essential site infrastructure now well underway.

This stage of the development focuses on preparing each individual villa plot and creating stable, level building areas across the natural terrain. The retaining walls form an important part of this work, providing the structural foundation needed for the next phases of construction.

All work is being carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations, engineering requirements, and construction guidelines. Careful site preparation at this stage ensures that each villa plot is properly developed before construction of the villas begins.

With the infrastructure taking shape across the site, Tesoro Valley is steadily progressing from plans into a carefully prepared residential development.
